she's so gonna kill me

Big head picture of my Mom. We were in France, in 2002, on a very long car trip. I said "Mom!" and right as she looked at me I snapped the picture. Thing was, she wasn't scared. This is a classic family expression, one I deem the "deer in the headlights". We just look like this is all. Never fails. I have scads of pictures of me and Mom, mostly, making this face.
I blame her for the loss of my supermodel career before it ever started. I am just SO not photogenic. (Or skinny, but whatever.)

Big Yoshi Head

This is the dearly departed dog of my college friend Dan. He was Yoshi, the Big Headed, and he was 12.

May his big ol' head be rompin' in doggie heaven.
